Biography
Andreas has more than 25 years of experience in corporate acquisitions, smaller and mid-size private equity transactions as well as corporate reorganizations. He acts for financial as well as strategic investors from a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in the automotive, energy, financial services, and healthcare industries. He has also acted in several real estate share deals with a transaction value of more than EUR 250 million. Andreas has particular expertise regarding ESG and CSR issues in M&A and PE transactions as well as in international cash pool issues. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer, among others at the INVEST EUROPE Academy and at the Commerzbank Treasury Symposium.

- Representing the Italian eyewear producer Safilo SpA in its acquisition of Carrera Group;
- Representing Groupe Casino SA in its joint venture with Otto Group
- Representing Bormioli Rocco SpA in the restructuring and sale of Ruhr-Kristallglas GmbH and Polytech GmbH
- Assisting Colliers International Germany GmbH in its acquisition of Engels & Völkers Residential Rhein-Main GmbH.
- Assisting Saviola srl. in acquiring a majority share in Rheinspan GmbH & Co KG.
- Assisting several German asset managers and insurance companies regarding CSRD reporting and cash pool issues.
- Representing VR-Bank Westmünsterland eG in its acquisition of Bank Thie & Co.
