Andreas has more than 25 years of experience in corporate acquisitions, smaller and mid-size private equity transactions as well as corporate reorganizations. He acts for financial as well as strategic investors from a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in the automotive, energy, financial services, and healthcare industries. He has also acted in several real estate share deals with a transaction value of more than EUR 250 million. Andreas has particular expertise regarding ESG and CSR issues in M&A and PE transactions as well as in international cash pool issues. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer, among others at the INVEST EUROPE Academy and at the Commerzbank Treasury Symposium.
