Adeleke is a corporate commercial lawyer based in the Lagos Office of Duale, Ovia and Alex-Adedipe (the "Firm"). He specializes and has depth of experience in Telecommunication, Media and Technology, Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisition, Business Advisory and other corporate commercial practices. Adeleke has successfully advised on several landmark and award-winning transactions both locally and internationally.

He has been a delegate and guest speaker at various seminars, workshops, and conferences both at the national and international scene which include the TMT Finance Africa Summit, Annual Africa Tech Summit, NBA Section of Business Law Conference, TechPlus Nigeria Conference.
