Suhan Khan is the Managing Partner of Accord Chambers, one of Bangladesh's leading law firms. He regularly represents clients before the arbitration bench, admiralty & company bench of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, and the High Court Division. He has successfully represented vessel owners, cargo owners, insurers, and P&I Clubs in litigations before the admiralty court of Bangladesh and has secured arrests and speedy release of vessels from detention. Khan represents a French corporation in international arbitration before the ICC in Singapore and has acted as legal counsel for global oil enterprises in enforcing awards in commercial arbitrations before the ICC, FOSFA, ICA, and SIAC. He leads Accord Chambers' transactional and M&A team. The firm has played a principal role in one of the largest private sector investments in Bangladesh's history, worth 1.25 Billion Dollars, preparing complete legal documentation and providing advisory services on legal and regulatory compliance.
