Biography

He has advised numerous Vietnamese and foreign investors in direct investment, M&A transactions and operational issues in many fields of operation, including real estate, construction, energy, pharmacy, retail, e-commerce, logistics, consumer goods, IT, insurance, telecommunication, brewery and beverages and hotel management.

- Advised VNHPT, a subsidiary of Hitachi, on various legal issues arising from the management and implementation of the sub-contracts signed with the main contractor regarding the first metro line project of Ho Chi Minh City
- Advised CT Group on the financing transaction with VNDIRECT and its investors to raise approximately USD 400 million for its residential urban project in Ho Chi Minh City
- Advised Novaland on negotiating and finalizing the terms of a strategic framework agreement with its financier to raise fund for its real estate project of 150 hectares
- Advised Phu My Hung Corporation on various issues related to land uses rights and real property trading rights as a foreign invested company regarding its real estate projects in the South Saigon Urban Area
- Advised CBREs’ client on the investment structure and procedures for setting up an industrial park with a proposed land area of more than 300 hectares
- Advised Unipart Logistics in the acquisition of target logistic companies operating in Vietnam
- Advised TIKI and its subsidiaries in labor restructuring of its related companies to align growth strategies and operational demand
- Advised CC1 Corporation on legal conditions and conducting procedures for setting up its branches/subsidiaries in Cambodia to implement construction projects in Cambodia
