Experience

Samah “Sam” Abukhodeir is the managing partner of The Florida Probate & Family Law Firm in Miami, where she practices in areas including Estates, Trusts, Guardianships, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Elder Law, and Family Law. She has served as a staff attorney and case manager for the Honorable Maria M. Korvick, the Administrative Probate Judge in the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Samah is also active in the legal community, holding positions such as Vice Chair of the Dade County Bar Association Probate and Guardianship Committee and being a fellow of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Committee of the Florida Bar. Additionally, she has served as an appointed Guardian Ad Litem or Attorney Ad Litem for various cases in Florida.
