Ioannis Charaktiniotis is the co-founder and Managing Partner of the law firm "I. Charaktiniotis & Partners." He has represented individuals, Greek and foreign companies, industrial and manufacturing sectors, banks, as well as public companies and organizations. His practice spans almost all areas of law, including civil, commercial, and public law. Notably, he served as a Legal Advisor for Olympic Village 2004, overseeing all legal stages of the company's formation, international tenders for construction contractors, and contract performance monitoring. He has also been an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Athens Bar Association for 12 years and participated in European legal committees on ethics, law practice, competition, and anti-money laundering. Additionally, he chaired the European Union of Lawyers LAW LINK GROUP for five years.
