Christoph Hanssen is a partner of  Elegis  and was admitted to the Antwerp Bar in 1997. He has extensive experience in commercial and company law.  This includers  advising shareholders and board members with their commercial contracts,  handling shareholder disputes and procedures, and managing the transfer of  businesses. He frequently advises clients on all kinds of commercial contracts,  mergers and acquisitions, transfer of undertakings, investments, buyouts, incorporation of joint ventures, and cooperation agreements. Christoph serves a diverse clientele, including family businesses, SMEs, and large international companies.

Education
Christoph Hanssen graduated with a Master of Law degree from the University of Leuven in 1996. He also obtained a Master after Master degree from Vlerick Management School at Ghent University in 1997.
