Marie Flegbo-Berney is a Swiss qualified attorney-at-law with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, employment, and philanthropy. She has been a partner at Bonnard Lawson in Geneva since 2017, after serving as a senior associate at the same firm from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, she worked at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva as a senior associate from 2007 to 2014 and as a legal trainee from 2003 to 2005. Marie regularly advises multinational companies, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and investors on cross-border and domestic transactions, shareholders and investment agreements, corporate restructuring, financing, corporate governance, commercial agreements, and employment issues.
