David graduated from McGill University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and became a chartered accountant in 1977. He founded his Canadian tax law firm, Rotfleisch & Samulovitch Professional Corporation, in 1987. With over three decades of experience in taxation law, David has established himself as a leading expert in Canadian tax law.
