Nicolas Duboille is a highly experienced tax lawyer with over 20 years of professional practice. He is a Partner at Sumerson, a law firm based in Paris. Prior to founding Sumerson, he accumulated extensive expertise working at several prominent law firms including Deloitte & Touche JF (now Taj), Jones Day, Lovells (now Hogan Lovells), Latournerie Wolfrom—where he created and led the tax practice—as well as Granrut, where he served as a partner and headed the tax practice for seven years. He also was a Partner and Head of Tax at Simmons & Simmons before starting Sumerson. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse clientele ranging from French and foreign companies, investment funds, financial institutions, to individuals and also advises states, local authorities, and NGOs.
