Leonardo is a lawyer member of the Madrid and Caracas (Venezuela) bar associations, specialized in advising international investors with interests mainly in Spain, Europe and Latin America on corporate matters, investment law and dispute resolution.

Throughout his career he has provided services to clients ranging from large international companies to small and medium-sized Latin American companies, as well as to important family estates in their investment in Spain. Leonardo has extensive experience in Europe and Latin America, providing comprehensive advice on real estate investments, investment structuring and corporate support services, as well as commercial transactions, forged in different law firms and consulting firms consistently ranked among the top five worldwide.
