Attorney Dr. Andreas Hanke is mainly responsible for family law mandates. Particular emphasis is placed on continuous training and education to maintain the highest quality standards. In addition to a specialization in German family law, there is also a specialization in international family law, in particular in family law of the common law states, i.e. in US American and Canadian family law. Attorney Hanke is also at your side with the settlement of US or Canadian pension entitlements after division in divorce proceedings (payment and transfer to Germany).
