Mr. Ramírez Villela holds a law degree (JD equivalent) from Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C. in 2003, the master's degree in International Trade from the Institute of Postgraduate Studies in International Trade (Instituto de Estudios de Posgrado de Comercio Internacional) in 2020 and currently in progress of the master's degree in Business Administration from Boston University (United States of America). During 1998, Mr. Ramírez Villela worked at Basurto, Santillana y Arguijo, S.C. focused on Corporate and Tax Law, until 1999, where he practiced at Galicia Abogados, S.C. firm from 1999 until 2017, focusing primarily in the areas of Corporate, Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Real Estate, Mining, Infrastructure, Project Finance and Restructures.

Mr. Ramírez Villela has taught banking law at the Law School of the Universidad Latinoamericana, A.C. and gives update courses in corporate law to various public notaries.
