Lawyer Vladimir Dragičević was born on August 14, 1990. in Kozarska Dubica, where he finished primary and secondary school. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Banja Luka in 2013, after which he began his career in Banja Luka. Since 2014, he has been practicing law, first as a trainee lawyer, and is registered in the Directory of trainee lawyers of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska. After completing the internship, he is registered in the Directory of Professional Associates for Legal Affairs of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska. He has been practicing law independently since the beginning of 2022, when he founded a law office with headquarters in Banja Luka, in Veselin Masleše bb Street, since when he was entered in the Directory of Lawyers of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska.
